Merry Christmas!
The ‘Silly Season’ and Christmas Cheer has finally arrived. Whilst preparing for the Christmas holidays let’s not be silly about this and take the time now to carefully plan ahead, such as setting your budget spends, buying presents before the Christmas Eve rush, planning and preparing ahead for your Christmas parties and dinners, ensuring all your pets are safe and taken good care of and your vehicle is finetuned before your getaway holiday break begins.
Christmas season is supposed to be a time of joy and but can be an overwhelming, stressful and expensive time for many of us. The spirit of Christmas isn’t really about presents, feasts or work parties. It’s really about giving – it’s about our presence, not our presents.
Some great ways of giving our time and our presence that is cost friendly could be taking the family and grandchildren to look at the Christmas lights and lit up houses in your area,
Most important of all – remember that your companionship and Christmas Cheer by visiting the lonely in your community and animal shelters is an act of kindness and greatly valued.
